A veteran in facilities management, Cross has worked in facilities operations at BJC,��Boeing��and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.��He��was the senior facilities operations manager and led a large-scale facilities team of four managers, eight supervisors, and more than 180 employees during the integration of two major hospital systems into the broader BJC enterprise services environment.��

During his 33-year career as both a director and a senior facilities manager at Boeing in St. Louis, Cross was accountable for a five-year budget-planning process and managed more than $30��million��in capital improvements annually through construction and project management.��
