Wells Expands Mountain States and Great Lakes Region Teams

Wells, a leader in prefabricated building solutions across the United States, announces the addition of four new team members. New additions to the Mountain States-based sales team include Mariah Bowman (upper left), Sebastian Myers (lower left) and Paul Thomas (lower right). Their collective expertise advances Wells鈥 strategic growth in the region and deepens the company鈥檚 commitment to collaborating with design teams to share resilient, community-focused projects.

Bowman holds a master鈥檚 degree in architecture from the University of Colorado Denver and has more than four years of experience as an architectural designer. Her architectural background gives her firsthand understanding of the challenges design teams and project owners face throughout the building process, positioning her to partner with architects, contractors and owners while working together to find the right solutions.听

Myers brings hands-on construction experience and has progressed through Wells in technical roles such as CAD Technician,听modeler听and estimator, and offers a full-picture understanding of how ideas move from concept to reality. He holds a drafting degree from Utah-based Dixie Technical College.听

Thomas, who started his career in 2016 as a design engineer for Wells, brings a strong technical foundation and engineering background that will help clients evaluate and implement high-performing building solutions. Thomas has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a Professional Engineer.听

Dan Daugherty (upper right) is also joining the firm as Regional Facades Manager for the Great Lakes region. In this role, Daugherty will drive strategic awareness of Wells鈥 facade solutions in Illinois and Wisconsin, introducing innovative building envelope solutions to architects, engineers, and contractors. Daugherty brings nearly a decade of experience in building envelope performance evaluations and architectural facades consulting to Wells, including prior work with UL Solutions and Lerch Bates Inc. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in philosophy from Marquette University and an MBA in information systems and marketing from Loyola University of Chicago.
